Sweet baby girl Skye was born 36 hours after my daughter Kendall. What makes it even more fun is that her parents lived across the street from Dan and I until about 2 months ago when they bought a home north of here. So this past summer, Kari & I got to talk a lot of pregnancy, walk the neighborhood, and just enjoy living near each other. It was great to see Kari & Skye today, and to see their new house. The Lord has blessed our friendship and it was encouraging to share stories and catch up this afternoon. Congratulations, Swoop & Kari! Skye is beautiful.
